The problem
Great regulars, no way to reward them — and no customer database. Paper stamp cards get lost; apps don't get downloaded.
What we built
A digital cashback program with no app at all. Customers scan a QR at the counter, register in about ten seconds, and get a card in Apple or Google Wallet. Every visit earns cashback automatically; staff add and redeem it from a simple counter screen; the owner runs everything — members, analytics, promotions — from a private dashboard.
The detail that matters
Promotions push straight onto the card on customers' phones. The Forge can put tonight's offer on the lock screen of everyone who's ever registered — no ad spend, no algorithm in the way.
